IFAVH

IFAVH is the group's company-building platform: incubation, acceleration, mentorship and venture support for startups and scale-ups at every stage. It operates from the Space42 Arena Complex on Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi, combining workspace, programmes, legal and financial advisory, investor networking and owned event formats in one venue.

The hub also carries the group's cross-border corridor into Europe, strengthening Austria and UAE innovation ties and running international market-entry programmes for founders arriving in the Gulf.

Incubated inside Stratos79 in 2025 and founded by Philipp Peischl. It is the first operating company of the group's startups vertical and the front door through which new ventures reach it.
