BidLayers is controlled bid operations for tender teams. Its AI ingests complex tender packs and turns them into a live compliance matrix that continuously identifies requirements, risks, gaps and actions, then guides the team through a structured workflow from intake to submission.

Every requirement is tracked to an owner and a status, so nothing is missed, deadlines hold and the bid office runs on one system of record for every pursuit. Building and maintaining the requirements matrix is the most manual step in any bid office, and BidLayers keeps it current as documents and addenda change.
