Atlas Freight cuts empty running to 19% after dispatch rebuild
Software built by Meridian Systems replaced the operator's dispatch process eighteen months after acquisition.
Atlas Freight reduced empty running from 31% to 19% following the replacement of its dispatch system with software built by Meridian Systems.
The operator runs 240 tractor units on contracted lanes between Jebel Ali, Sohar and Riyadh.
The same dispatch platform now runs at Khalij Logistics, acquired in 2022.
